Help Save My Small Girls

Samantha is also the person who told horrific lies about me on the witness stand during the Dependency and Neglect Trial.  Because of her testimony Mark and Pamela Robison sought a restraining order IMMEDIATELY after the D&N trial, within hours.

Samantha is also the one who built the case against me, with social workers Patricia Armstrong and Kerri Montoya.  All Lies.  Samantha Lamorie is on trial in Greeley on July 13, 2009 for two counts of criminal impersonation and two charges of theft.  These are federal not state charges.

It is supposed to be a disinterested party who serves a person.  Not the witness on the stand during the trial.

Mark and Pamela Robison were issued a Permanent Restraining Order within record time, within a few days of the D&N trial ending.  I never received two weeks after being (supposedly) served to be assigned a court date.  No, no.  I was not only NOT SERVED, I was never issued a court date.  Judge Lowenbach simply signed the Permanent Restraining Order immediately after Dallas Greenfield turned in Samantha Lamorie’s signature falsifying she had served me with the Temporary Restraining Order, but I was at Aims College, 5 miles away from Centennial public library.

Mark and Pamela Robison have once again headed up another court room proceeding WITHOUT my participation.  They have received a Legal Separation without any regard for the natural mother whose parental rights WERE NOT TERMINATED, whose little girls were taken under complete lies, who was denied legal representation in the 2-day D&N trial, whose every shred of molestation evidence was intentionally buried (and plenty of it). 

Mark Robison’s lawsuit against me in California, previous to Pamela and Mark ever moving to Colorado, was thrown out when I proved he was lying on his proof of service, his Hallmark (those documents posted here in my Skydrive).   Pamela and Mark Robison decided to falsify documents and pursue acquisition of my children in Colorado, years after the falsified California trial. 

Now that this current court room proceeding in Broomfield has occured without my participation … well, everything is FINAL AFTER THE TRIAL. 

Pamela Robison would have you believe I can pick up the phone and report this and she and Mark would be arrested if this were true.  No one will listen to me.  No one will look at the evidence.  Not social workers.  Not GAL Howard Bartlett.  Not Judge Hartman, Magistrate Tuttle, or Judge Lownbach.

I have a serious disability.  I cannot challenge Pamela and Mark as quickly as they contact everyone around me with their LIES.  Once the damage is done…. I cannot fix it.   People look at my disabilities and assume the worst.  People today WANT TO BELIEVE THE WORST IN PEOPLE…

With Greeley Morman Bishop Kelly Cocroft’s encouragement, Pamela and Mark Robison, along with Samantha Lamorie, eventually took my little girls to therapists in Greeley, presenting two little girls with a crazy mommy who is preventing the supposed father from visitation.  I had sole custody and complete decision making authority when these people did this.  Cocroft, Lamorie, and the Robison’s presented LIES to new therapists looking for an endorsement they could take to Child Protective Services.  They did all this behind my back and without my knowledge or consent (Samantha Lamorie was pretending to be my best friend and lying to me the entire time she took care of my children for me). 

My little girls told me the truth, but Samantha was all over them, correcting them, negating them, controlling them.  Here is the appointment card I found in my daughter Emilly’s belongings after my little girls were taken:

Steve Brown refused to speak with me about the matter.  He said that Mark Robison’s medical insurance paid for the appointment, and that Mark had custody, and therefore he COULD NOT speak with me.  By the time I located the appointment card and realized what Cocroft, Lamorie, and the Robison’s had done, Mark Robison did have custody of both my little girls.  I told Steve Brown he had been lied to, and that at the time of the appointment, Mark Robison’s insurance need not have paid since OJ Bonde and I had medical insurance on my little girls.  I told Steve Brown that Mark and Pamela Robison and Samantha Lamorie did not have legal authority to take my little girls to him for therapy, and that the Robison’s and Lamorie never gave him Dr. Byron Norton and Dr. Carol Norton’s files with over two years of therapy.  Dr. Steve Brown no longer cared to converse with me and declined to discuss the matter completely.

Pamela Ann Robison runs circles around me.  I have spent the last three weeks with a migraine, something that happens to me regularly.  I cannot possibly keep up with Pamela Ann Robison and her LIES.
